Golden beach is the longest beach in Thassos Island with crystal clear water and fine smooth sand. It is an organized beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and all kind of water sports are being offered. The area is very developed and you will find anything you need, as supermarkets, car hire, bakeries etc so close to you.

Limenas, the capital of the island, is only 10minutes away by car. At the picturesque old harbour in Limenas the visitors can enjoy traditional Greek dishes and walk in the pave streets where all kind of shops are located.

The island of Thassos has rich tradition and archaeological history. The Ancient Theatre, where interesting plays are taking place during the summer, the Archaeological Museum which was renovated lately and the Ancient Market where you can walk through history are only some of the places that you must visit.
